Welcome to SMART Berlin! We are a counselling centre and information project for (cis and trans) male, trans female and non-binary sex workers. Our space in Berlin-Neukölln is also a meeting place for the community with regular events and a library.
If you have any questions about sex work, please contact us or drop by during our opening hours.
Draft Law
Results of the Workshop Series “Sex Workers Write the Law”
In six workshops between November 2024 and April 2025, sex workers held intensive discussions, exchanged views, analysed various legal models from other countries and ultimately developed their own proposal that reflects their ideas for fairer and safer legislation.
